How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?

Open Reel Rivals, find the store card on the Home screen and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I find and challenge a friend?

Open the Friends tab and tap Add a friend. You can search by name or username, text a challenge link, or send a Game Center friend request.

Why can't I start a friend match?

Friend matches run on Game Center. On your iPhone, open Settings → Game Center, make sure you're signed in, then reopen Reel Rivals.

I'm not getting turn alerts.

Open Settings → Notifications → Reel Rivals and turn on Allow Notifications.

How do I unlock more categories?

Every point you score adds to your career total, and each new rank unlocks more categories. The All-Access Pass unlocks all of them at once, including ones added later.

How do I stop personalized ads?

Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and turn off Reel Rivals, or buy Remove Ads to turn ads off completely.
